Subaru of Chico Supports 6th Street Center for Youth - Joshua S
Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Chico, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Subaru of Chico is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Subaru of Chico have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 01/15/2025, Subaru of Chico donated 120 coats to 6th Street Center for Youth. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.
Love Promise with Enloe Foundation - Elizabeth C
Subaru of Chico has done it again and we are thrilled to be a part of the Love Promise again this year. Our main focus is supporting the build of our new Cancer Center Facility, thank you Subaru of Chico for the $17,885 this year. This Subaru Share the Love check brings the total Subaru of Chico contributions to Enloe Foundation to over $225,000 since donations started in 2015! Our new Cancer Center will open later this year and with the support of businesses like Subaru of Chico, our need will become a reality soon.

Thank you Subaru of Chico for providing trees to the community! These trees will leave an impact for generations to come. In a region like ours here in Northern California where seasonal wildfires have left lasting scars on our landscape. These trees symbolize hope, renewal, and resilience. This act of kindness goes beyond beautification as it supports the health of our environment and strengthens our community’s commitment to recovery and growth. Thank you again.
Subaru Loves to Help - Nancy J
This January, Subaru of Chico had a great time delivering brand new children’s coats, socks and shoes to Youth For Change in Chico. Youth for Change is a non-profit organization that directly works with the children in Butte County who are in need of their various programs. These brand new coats, socks and shoes will be given directly to the children who need them. Typically children grow a size every 4-6 months and it is tough to be a happy child when one is cold.
Subaru Loves Pets - Bella C
This October, Subaru of Chico and Subaru of America have made a significant impact on our shelter animals at Butte Humane Society. Thanks to their generous support, we’ve successfully found loving homes for many animals in need. As a 100% non-profit organization that relies entirely on donations—without any city, county, or federal funding—collaborations like this are crucial. We’re incredibly grateful for their generosity!
Subaru Loves Pets! Mowse the Cat - Bella C
Meet Mowse, a 3-year-old kitty who was surrendered to us due to her previous owner's health conditions. Though she was a bit shy at first, she quickly warmed up to those around her. This easygoing girl had a wonderfully independent spirit but also loved to cuddle! We’re excited to share that Mowse has found her forever home and is ready to start her new adventure. Thanks to Subaru’s generosity, kitties like Mowse have a better chance of finding loving families. We couldn’t be happier for her and her new family!
Meeka's New Home - Bella C
Meet Meeka, an adorable 5-year-old Samoyed who had been in and out of our shelter since January. This sweet, playful, and affectionate pup won our hearts- but it took longer than expected to find her forever home. Thanks to Subaru Loves Pets, her adoption fee was fully sponsored! Her loving foster, who had been caring for her, saw the Subaru highlight on our story and knew she couldn't let Meeka go. Now, Meeka is on her way to a bright future, and we couldn’t be happier for her!
McManus Thanks Subaru - Andy C
Courtesy Subaru of Chico donated an abundance of school supplies for our students and teachers to use throughout the school year. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with such a great organization that continues to give back, not only to our school, but to the community as a whole. Students will have access to pencils, notebooks, supply boxes, paper, and a variety of other items which makes learning enjoyable for all. Subaru Loves to Care at Oroville Hospital - Megan P
Subaru of Chico donated approximately 100 Subaru heart shaped blankets that turn into pillows at Oroville Hospitals Cancer Center in Oroville. Present were Megan Powell of Oroville Hospital, Amy Pine of LLC, Diane Pajouh, Alfredo Velasquez and David Brinkman of Subaru of Chico.
Subaru Love Promise Event with Enloe Foundation - Jolene F
This donation is Subaru of Chico’s promise to continue making a positive impact in our own community. This May of 2024, the Enloe Foundation's main focus is supporting Cancer Services available at the Enloe hospital that will provide support for both patients and their families. Subaru of Chico awards the check in the amount of $13,814. This Subaru Share the Love check brings the total Pajouh Automotive Group contributions to Enloe Foundation to over $200,000 since donations started in 2015! Included is Mike Wiltermood, CEO of Enloe Hospital, Jolene Francis, VP, Philanthropy & Communications of Enloe Foundation
